4 Definitions
In this determination:
Act means Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
file footage means any footage other than:
(a) live footage; or
(b) footage that has been specifically obtained for the purpose of accompanying the broadcast of the news material in question.
licensee means, for a licence to which this determination relates, the holder of the licence.
Note: A number of other expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Act, including the following:
(a) licence area;
(b) licence area plan;
(c) regional aggregated commercial television broadcasting licence;
(d) regional non-aggregated commercial television broadcasting licence; and
(e) timing period.
