1  Name

  This instrument is the Broadcasting Services (“Broadcasting Service” Definition — Exclusion) Determination 2022.

  This instrument is made under subsection 6(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4  Definitions

Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in section 6 of the Act, including the following:

(a) broadcasting service;

(b) broadcasting services bands;

(c) program;

(d) radio program.
