74N Minister may direct the ACMA about the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, give the ACMA a direction about the performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, conferred on the ACMA by this Division (other than section 74U). Note: Section 74U requires the ACMA to conduct a review of this Division.
