205Q Injunctions
If a person has engaged, is engaging or is proposing to engage, in any conduct in contravention of section 26AA or 61AH or subsection 121FG(3) or section 136A, 136B, 136C, 136D or 136E or subclause 49(3) of Schedule 6, the Federal Court may, on the application of the ACMA, grant an injunction:
(a) restraining the person from engaging in the conduct; and
(b) if, in the court’s opinion, it is desirable to do so—requiring the person to do something.
