121A Simplified outline • Unless the ACMA gives permission, a subscription television broadcasting licensee, or a related body corporate, must not provide a television service in a regional area if 3 or more consecutive program items transmitted on that service are identical to any 3 or more consecutive program items transmitted by a metropolitan commercial television broadcasting licensee during prime viewing hours.
