120 Variation of class licences (1) The ACMA may, by legislative instrument: (a) vary or revoke conditions specified in a class licence; or (b) specify additional conditions of the licence. (2) Action taken under subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with: (b) conditions set out in Part 7 of Schedule 2.
