117 Determination of class licences The ACMA may, by legislative instrument, determine a class licence for the provision of: (a) subscription radio broadcasting services; or (b) subscription radio narrowcasting services; or (c) subscription television narrowcasting services; or (d) open narrowcasting radio services; or (e) open narrowcasting television services.
