sec.69 Board of corporation—particular directors vacate office
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held office as a director of the board of the corporation under section 17(1)(c), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l) or (m) as in force immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the person goes out of office.
