sec.68 Existing appointment of chief executive officer of authority
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held office under former section 53CD as the chief executive officer of the authority. The person is taken to be appointed by the Minister under new section 53CD on the same terms and conditions that were decided by the board under former section 53CF. s 68 ins 2025 No. 14 s 70 (sec.68-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held office under former section 53CD as the chief executive officer of the authority.
