sec.53DFG Compensation
No compensation is payable under this Act for the cancellation of an interest in land under section 53DFF . Subsection (1) does not affect a right to compensation, under another Act or law, for the cancellation of an interest in land under section 53DFF . s 53DFG ins 2026 No. 3 s 1H (sec.53DFG-ssec.1) No compensation is payable under this Act for the cancellation of an interest in land under section 53DFF . (sec.53DFG-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not affect a right to compensation, under another Act or law, for the cancellation of an interest in land under section 53DFF .
