sec.53DFB Stage 1 land
On 1 June 2026, the land described in schedule 4A , part 1 is vested in the authority as an estate in fee simple subject to— any preserved interests for the land; and any Land Act reservations for the land. s 53DFB ins 2026 No. 3 s 1H
- (a) any preserved interests for the land; and
- (b) any Land Act reservations for the land.
