sec.53DE Building work—authority venues and other venues
This section applies to building work within the meaning of the Planning Act 2016 for or relating to an authority venue or other venue, to the extent the building work is building work under the Building Act 1975 . The building work must comply with the relevant provisions for the building work. In this section— relevant provisions , for building work under the Building Act 1975 , see section 21 (5) of that Act. s 53DE ins 2025 No. 14 s 66 (sec.53DE-ssec.1) This section applies to building work within the meaning of the Planning Act 2016 for or relating to an authority venue or other venue, to the extent the building work is building work under the Building Act 1975 . (sec.53DE-ssec.2) The building work must comply with the relevant provisions for the building work.
