sec.53DC Application of part
This part applies to the following— development, carried out after the commencement, for the construction of— an authority venue, other venue or village, to the extent the development is for, or in relation to, a games-related use of the venue or village; or games-related transport infrastructure; a games-related use or legacy use of an authority venue, other venue or village; an activity carried out by a person for the purpose of development mentioned in paragraph (a) . If development mentioned in subsection (1) (a) has been carried out for, or in relation to, an authority venue or other venue, this part also applies to a legacy use of the venue before the start of the venue’s games-related use. s 53DC ins 2025 No. 14 s 66 amd 2026 No. 3 s 1G (sec.53DC-ssec.1) This part applies to the following— development, carried out after the commencement, for the construction of— an authority venue, other venue or village, to the extent the development is for, or in relation to, a games-related use of the venue or village; or games-related transport infrastructure; a games-related use or legacy use of an authority venue, other venue or village; an activity carried out by a person for the purpose of development mentioned in paragraph (a) . (sec.53DC-ssec.2) If development mentioned in subsection (1) (a) has been carried out for, or in relation to, an authority venue or other venue, this part also applies to a legacy use of the venue before the start of the venue’s games-related use.
- (a) development, carried out after the commencement, for the construction of— (i) an authority venue, other venue or village, to the extent the development is for, or in relation to, a games-related use of the venue or village; or (ii) games-related transport infrastructure;
- (i) an authority venue, other venue or village, to the extent the development is for, or in relation to, a games-related use of the venue or village; or
- (ii) games-related transport infrastructure;
- (b) a games-related use or legacy use of an authority venue, other venue or village;
- (c) an activity carried out by a person for the purpose of development mentioned in paragraph (a) .
- (i) an authority venue, other venue or village, to the extent the development is for, or in relation to, a games-related use of the venue or village; or
- (ii) games-related transport infrastructure;
