sec.53CB Establishment of committees
The board may, from time to time, establish 1 or more committees to assist in the performance of the board’s functions. The members of a committee of the board are the directors decided by the board. Subject to the directions of the board, a committee of the board may conduct its proceedings, including its meetings, as it considers appropriate. s 53CB ins 2024 No. 29 s 20 (sec.53CB-ssec.1) The board may, from time to time, establish 1 or more committees to assist in the performance of the board’s functions.
