sec.53CA Effect of contravention of subdivision
A contravention of this subdivision does not invalidate a decision of the board. However, if the board becomes aware a director contravened this subdivision, the board must reconsider a decision made by the board in which the director took part in contravention of this subdivision. s 53CA ins 2024 No. 29 s 20 (sec.53CA-ssec.1) A contravention of this subdivision does not invalidate a decision of the board. (sec.53CA-ssec.2) However, if the board becomes aware a director contravened this subdivision, the board must reconsider a decision made by the board in which the director took part in contravention of this subdivision.
