sec.53BW Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if— a director has a direct or indirect interest in a matter being considered, or about to be considered, at a board meeting; and the interest could conflict with the proper performance of the director’s duties about the consideration of the matter. s 53BW ins 2024 No. 29 s 20
