sec.53BQ Conduct of business
Subject to this division, the board may— conduct its business, including its board meetings, in the way it considers appropriate; and invite relevant observers to its meetings from time to time, subject to any arrangements it considers appropriate. s 53BQ ins 2024 No. 29 s 20
