sec.53BL Vacancy in office
A director’s office becomes vacant if the director— completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or is disqualified from continuing as a director under section 53BM ; or is removed from office; or is absent without permission of the board from 3 consecutive board meetings of which proper notice has been given. s 53BL ins 2024 No. 29 s 20 amd 2024 No. 53 s 17 ; 2025 No. 14 s 60

- (c) is disqualified from continuing as a director under section 53BM ; or
- (d) is removed from office; or
