sec.53BJ Conditions of appointment
A director who is an elected office holder or public servant is not entitled to be paid any remuneration or allowances. A director holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council. s 53BJ ins 2024 No. 29 s 20 sub 2025 No. 14 s 59 (sec.53BJ-ssec.1) A director who is an elected office holder or public servant is not entitled to be paid any remuneration or allowances.
