sec.46 Requirement for meetings of committees
Each meeting of a committee of the board must be attended by a Minister’s nominee. A person who attends a meeting of the committee under subsection (1) — may observe the meeting; and may speak to the committee only if invited to do so by the committee; and is entitled to receive the same information a member of the committee is entitled to receive relating to the meeting or other business of the committee. In this section— Minister’s nominee , in relation to a committee of the board, means— a public service employee who is nominated by the Minister for the purpose of attending meetings of the committee; or another public service employee acting on behalf of the employee mentioned in paragraph (a) . s 46 amd 2025 No. 14 s 50 (sec.46-ssec.1) Each meeting of a committee of the board must be attended by a Minister’s nominee. (sec.46-ssec.2) A person who attends a meeting of the committee under subsection (1) — may observe the meeting; and may speak to the committee only if invited to do so by the committee; and is entitled to receive the same information a member of the committee is entitled to receive relating to the meeting or other business of the committee. - (a) may observe the meeting; and
- (b) may speak to the committee only if invited to do so by the committee; and
- (c) is entitled to receive the same information a member of the committee is entitled to receive relating to the meeting or other business of the committee.
