sec.39 Deemed disclosure in particular circumstances
This section applies if the director has disclosed at a board meeting that the director— is a member or partner of, or is employed by, a stated company or other entity; or has another stated interest relating to a stated company or other entity. The director is taken to have complied with section 38 in relation to the director’s interest in any matter relating to the company or other entity arising after the day the disclosure was made. (sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies if the director has disclosed at a board meeting that the director— is a member or partner of, or is employed by, a stated company or other entity; or has another stated interest relating to a stated company or other entity. (sec.39-ssec.2) The director is taken to have complied with section 38 in relation to the director’s interest in any matter relating to the company or other entity arising after the day the disclosure was made.

- (b) has another stated interest relating to a stated company or other entity.
