sec.33 Presiding
The president of the board is to preside at all board meetings at which the president is present. If the president is absent from a board meeting, a vice president is to preside. However— the vice president who is the nominated director holding office under section 17 (1) (b) is to preside at the first board meeting to which subsection (2) applies; and to the extent practicable, presiding at board meetings to which subsection (2) applies is to be rotated between the vice presidents. s 33 amd 2025 No. 14 s 80 (sec.33-ssec.1) The president of the board is to preside at all board meetings at which the president is present.
