sec.10A Funding agreements
The corporation must enter into an agreement with the Minister (a funding agreement ). The funding agreement must provide for the financial monitoring of the corporation by the Minister, including reporting requirements. The corporation must comply with its obligations under the funding agreement. This section does not limit the obligations of the corporation under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 . s 10A (prev s 54A) ins 2024 No. 29 s 22 amd 2024 No. 53 s 19 ; 2025 No. 14 s 67 (1) – (2) renum and reloc 2025 No. 14 s 67 (3) (sec.10A-ssec.1) The corporation must enter into an agreement with the Minister (a funding agreement ). (sec.10A-ssec.2) The funding agreement must provide for the financial monitoring of the corporation by the Minister, including reporting requirements. (sec.10A-ssec.3) The corporation must comply with its obligations under the funding agreement.
