sec.3 Minister may make agreement for Brisbane Casino

The Minister is authorised to make, on behalf of the State, an agreement with a person for the development and operation of the Brisbane Casino. The Minister may make an agreement under subsection (1) only if the proposed agreement has been approved by regulation. The Minister must notify the date of the making of the agreement by Gazette notice.
