sec.4 Officers
The chief executive may appoint a registrar of brands and deputy registrar of brands. Every police officer shall, without any appointment whatsoever under this Act, be and be deemed to be ex officio an inspector duly appointed under this Act. s 4 amd 1940 4 Geo 6 No. 10 s 3; 1995 No 58 s 4sch 1; 2006 No. 48 s 17 (sec.4-ssec.1) The chief executive may appoint a registrar of brands and deputy registrar of brands.
