sec.31A Recovery of fees
Unless some other method of recovery is specifically prescribed by this Act any fee payable under this Act shall be recovered by way of summary proceeding under the Justices Act 1886 upon complaint by an inspector or by way of action as for a debt due to the Crown in a court of competent jurisdiction. s 31A new s 31A (prev s 31(2)) renum 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
