sec.27 Costs of administering Act
The costs, charges, and expenses of administering this Act shall be paid out of the consolidated fund which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly. All fees paid and penalties recovered under this Act shall be paid into the consolidated fund. s 27 sub 1941 5 Geo 6 No. 18 s 10 amd 1965 No. 39 s 21 ; 1978 No. 64 s 40 (sec.27-ssec.1) The costs, charges, and expenses of administering this Act shall be paid out of the consolidated fund which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly. (sec.27-ssec.2) All fees paid and penalties recovered under this Act shall be paid into the consolidated fund.
