sec.26 Fees
Fees at the prescribed rate shall be payable upon the registration or transfer of any brand or earmark of any kind whatever under this Act. In every case the prescribed fee shall accompany the application for the registration or transfer but if the registration or transfer is not effected the whole or part of such fee may be refunded by the registrar. s 26 amd 1931 22 Geo 5 No. 34 s 3 sub 1941 5 Geo 6 No. 18 s 9 amd 1979 No. 64 s 15 (sec.26-ssec.1) Fees at the prescribed rate shall be payable upon the registration or transfer of any brand or earmark of any kind whatever under this Act.
