29 Application for review

(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of: (a) a decision of the CEO under paragraph 9(3)(a) conditionally approving payment of bounty; or (b) a decision of the CEO under paragraph 9(3)(b) refusing to approve payment of bounty; or (c) a decision of the CEO for the purposes of subsection 13(4); or (d) a decision of the CEO for the purposes of subsection 14(1); or (e) a decision of the CEO under subsection 16(3); or (f) a decision of the CEO under subsection 16(11) to cancel the registration of a person; or (g) a requirement by the CEO under section 18. (2) In this section:

decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
