44 Announcement before entry

Before the authorised officer executing a warrant or a person assisting the authorised officer enters premises under paragraph 41(1)(d), the authorised officer or person assisting the authorised officer must: (a) announce that he or she is authorised by the warrant to enter the premises; and (b) give any person on the premises an opportunity to allow entry into or onto the premises.
