38 Identity cards
(1) The CEO must issue to every authorised officer a card identifying the holder as an authorised officer. (2) An identity card must: (a) be in an approved form; and (b) incorporate a recent photograph of the person. (3) As soon as practicable after a person ceases to be an authorised officer, a person must return the card to the CEO.
Penalty for a contravention of this subsection: 1 penalty unit.
