24 Cancellation of registration

(1) This section applies to a registered person if, at any time, the Minister becomes satisfied, in respect of the person, that the person: (a) has failed to comply with a condition prescribed under section 23; or (b) has been convicted of an offence against this Act or the regulations. (2) The Minister may cancel the registration of the person to whom this section applies by causing a written notice: (a) stating that the registration of the person has been cancelled; and (b) specifying the reasons for cancelling the registration of the person; to be given to the person.
