7 Bounty not payable in respect of certain yarns

(1) Bounty is not payable in respect of any bountiable yarn produced by the Commonwealth, a State or an authority of the Commonwealth or a State (including an educational institution established by the Commonwealth or a State). (1A) Bounty is not payable in respect of bountiable yarn that the CEO is satisfied was, or will be, after 1 July 1990, exported, either directly or indirectly through another country or other countries, to New Zealand. (2) In this section, State includes the Northern Territory.
