sec.85 Documents and materials to be given to body corporate by original owner
This section applies if, before the commencement, the original owner— stops being the owner of 1 or both of the lots included in a specified two-lot scheme; and has not given the documents and materials mentioned in section 67(2) to the body corporate. Section 67 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply to the original owner. s 85 ins 2020 SL No. 232 s 18 (sec.85-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the original owner— stops being the owner of 1 or both of the lots included in a specified two-lot scheme; and has not given the documents and materials mentioned in section 67(2) to the body corporate. (sec.85-ssec.2) Section 67 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply to the original owner.
