sec.63 Owner of lot or representative to give copy of documents to body corporate
This section applies if an owner of a lot or the representative of an owner receives a relevant document. The owner or the representative must, as soon as practicable after receiving the document, give a copy of the document to the body corporate. (sec.63-ssec.1) This section applies if an owner of a lot or the representative of an owner receives a relevant document.
