sec.16 Termination under the Act , by agreement etc.
The body corporate may terminate a person’s engagement as a body corporate manager or service contractor— under the Act ; or under the terms of the engagement; or by agreement between the body corporate and the person to terminate the engagement. The body corporate may act under subsection (1) only if the termination is approved by a lot owner agreement.
