sec.14 Start of term of engagement
This section applies if the body corporate approves the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or service contractor by a lot owner agreement. The body corporate’s approval is of no effect if the term of the engagement does not start within 1 year after the date of the lot owner agreement.
