sec.70 Commencement of term of engagement [ SM, s 142 ]
This section applies if the body corporate passes a resolution approving the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or service contractor. The resolution is of no effect if the term of the engagement does not start within 12 months after the passing of the resolution.
