sec.40 Time of general meetings [ SM, s 91 ]
Unless the body corporate decides otherwise, a general meeting must be held at least 21 days after notice of the meeting is given to owners of lots. Section 34 provides for the timing of a requested extraordinary general meeting. A decision made by the body corporate under subsection (1) must be fair and reasonable in the circumstances of the community titles scheme.
