sec.27 Functions and powers [ SM, s 77 ]
A body corporate manager engaged under this part has— the functions of a committee, the secretary and treasurer; and subject to any revocation under section 120 (4) of the Act , the powers of a committee, the secretary and treasurer.
- (a) the functions of a committee, the secretary and treasurer; and
