sec.25 Form of engagement [ SM, s 75 ]
The engagement of a body corporate manager under this part must— be in writing; and state that the body corporate manager is required to carry out all the functions of the committee, the secretary and treasurer; and state that the body corporate manager is authorised to exercise the powers of the committee, the secretary and treasurer; and state the basis for working out payment for the body corporate manager’s services. The engagement must not be in the form of a by-law. (sec.25-ssec.1) The engagement of a body corporate manager under this part must— be in writing; and state that the body corporate manager is required to carry out all the functions of the committee, the secretary and treasurer; and state that the body corporate manager is authorised to exercise the powers of the committee, the secretary and treasurer; and state the basis for working out payment for the body corporate manager’s services. (sec.25-ssec.2) The engagement must not be in the form of a by-law.
- (a) be in writing; and
