sec.99 Purpose of part [ SM, s 149 ]
This part provides for— the grounds on which the body corporate may terminate a person’s engagement as a body corporate manager or service contractor, or authorisation as a letting agent; and the steps the body corporate must follow to terminate the engagement or authorisation.
