sec.83 Special provisions about proxy use [ SM, s 125 ]
Under section 318 of the Act , a voting member— can not be prevented by contract from exercising a vote at a committee meeting; and can not be required by contract to make someone else the member’s proxy for voting at a committee meeting.
- (a) can not be prevented by contract from exercising a vote at a committee meeting; and
