sec.184 Main purposes of part [ SM, s 238 ]
The main purposes of this part are as follows— to provide for provisions of this regulation that are substantially the same as provisions of the repealed regulation to be dealt with as replacements of the provisions of the repealed regulation; to provide for the continuation of particular matters dealt with under the repealed regulation; to provide for matters that were not dealt with in the repealed regulation that are dealt with under this regulation.
- (a) to provide for provisions of this regulation that are substantially the same as provisions of the repealed regulation to be dealt with as replacements of the provisions of the repealed regulation;
- (b) to provide for the continuation of particular matters dealt with under the repealed regulation;
- (c) to provide for matters that were not dealt with in the repealed regulation that are dealt with under this regulation.
