sec.15 State provisions to which this part applies
This part applies to a provision of a law of the State if the provision declares a matter to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of this part in relation to any of the following (whether with or without changes)— the whole of the Corporations legislation; a specified Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation; a specified provision or provisions of the Corporations legislation or of an Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation. Subsection (1) does not apply to a provision of a law of the State to the extent that it declares a matter to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of this part in relation to a provision or provisions of the Corporations legislation, or of an Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation, that already applies to the matter as a law of the Commonwealth. (sec.15-ssec.1) This part applies to a provision of a law of the State if the provision declares a matter to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of this part in relation to any of the following (whether with or without changes)— the whole of the Corporations legislation; a specified Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation; a specified provision or provisions of the Corporations legislation or of an Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation. (sec.15-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a provision of a law of the State to the extent that it declares a matter to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of this part in relation to a provision or provisions of the Corporations legislation, or of an Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation, that already applies to the matter as a law of the Commonwealth.
- (a) the whole of the Corporations legislation;
- (b) a specified Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation;
- (c) a specified provision or provisions of the Corporations legislation or of an Act, regulations or other instrument forming part of the Corporations legislation.
