sec.67 Functions and powers [SM, s 77 ]

A body corporate manager engaged under this part has— the functions of a committee and each executive member of the committee; and subject to any revocation under section 120 (4) of the Act , the powers of a committee and each executive member of the committee.

(a) the functions of a committee and each executive member of the committee; and
(b) subject to any revocation under section 120 (4) of the Act , the powers of a committee and each executive member of the committee.
