sec.38 Application of subdivision [SM, s 46 ]
This subdivision applies if the position of an executive or ordinary member of the committee becomes vacant under section 36 (2) . However, this subdivision does not apply to a person who is a member of a minor committee. (sec.38-ssec.1) This subdivision applies if the position of an executive or ordinary member of the committee becomes vacant under section 36 (2) .
