sec.33 Requirement to call extraordinary general meeting [SM, s 41 ]
Within 1 month after a relevant annual general meeting is held, the elected member of the committee or, if there is more than 1 elected member, the elected members of the committee acting jointly, must call an extraordinary general meeting of the body corporate. The extraordinary meeting must be held within 2 months after the relevant annual general meeting. Section 74 does not apply to the calling or holding of the extraordinary general meeting.
