sec.21 Modified election procedures for committee election at first annual general meeting [SM, s 20 ]
If, under this part, a committee election must be held at the first annual general meeting for the community titles scheme, the duties imposed on the secretary under this part must be carried out by the original owner. However, to be entitled to vote in the election, a person must be present at the meeting.
