25 Hotels
A hotel shall not be erected on a site of land within—
(a) Zone No 1 (a1), 1 (a2), 1 (c1) or 1 (c2), if the site has an area of less than 4 hectares, or
(b) Zone No 2 (d) or 3 (a), if the site has—
(i) an area of less than 6 000 square metres, and
(ii) a frontage to any road of less than 38 metres.
